DIY Open Back Dress

Dress: Vogue 1102

Summer is h.e.r.e.  As long as I've been living in Houston, no length of time can acclimate me to the humidity plus the heat.  A loose dress with an open back is the perfect prescription, Vogue's 1102.   

Pattern Edits:

• Shorten length by 5"

• Added 4" to back ties 

• Serge the bottom of dress instead of hem
