Neon Green Neoprene Sheath Dress

When I received this loud double sided (green/navy blue) neoprene fabric from Moods, I honestly couldn't decide on the dress pattern for the fabric.  So I decided to go with a classic dress that allows for creative freedom.  This McCalls pattern was perfect.

The alterations were:

1. Adding a 22” separating zipper in the front

2. Curved split opening in the front

3. Created a 2” waist band in back using blue side of fabric

4. Bias tape around all edges
